Marketing Generalist
We are seeking a Marketing Generalist to help drive SUPPLY brand awareness and
trade account sign-ups through thoughtful strategy and strong execution in the design
home space. This role is ideal for versatile marketer who can manage multiple
initiatives, collaborate across teams and designers and turn big ideas into measurable
results.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to
strengthen the company’s brand awareness across Interior Design, Commercial
and Hospitality space
Oversee all creative projects including graphic design, photography, print, web
design, e-blasts and content creation
Create goals and objectives to approach customers through social media
(Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and email
Manage creation, execution, and implementation of social media and paid social
media
Partner with paid Media Agency to review and optimize paid media results to
drive trade account sign ups in key markets
Create and manage a Marketing Calendar based on product launches, initiatives
or strategies set by the showroom team and executive team
Drive robust product story telling for tier 1 product launches and top
textile/wallpaper vendors
Partner with interior designers to story tell, capture install photography and
evaluate potential designer collaborations. Includes negotiating and managing
trade outs agreements
Lead weekly marketing meeting with CEO, CMO, Sales Director.
Schedule, plan and implement all brand events and launches
Job Requirements:
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Combination of creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail
Able to craft marketing concepts that are brand building, brand appropriate,
executable, and distinctive
Able to partner and work closely with the Executive team, team members and
interior designers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Hubspot and
social media platforms and editing software
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a brand’s marketing, social media and
lead generation
Familiar with luxury brand marketing and, ideally, home décor
