Job Description

Role Overview: This role is ideal for a highly professional, organised, and design-driven individual at an early stage in their career. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and presentation of the showroom, acting as the first point of contact for all walk-in clients and enquiries, and supporting senior sales executives with presentations, samples, and project preparation. While primarily a showroom-focused role, this position carries a small but meaningful sales target, driven mainly through walk-in client conversion and enquiry follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Management & Brand Presentations
- Take full responsibility for the upkeep, organisation, and presentation of the NYC showroom
- Maintain, update, and refresh wall displays, panels, and sample libraries
- Organise samples, memo sets, and sales support materials
- Identify opportunities for showroom improvements and ensure the space reflects Fromental’s luxury positioning
Support showroom events, presentations, and visiting designers
- Client Experience & Front-of-House
- Act as the first point of contact for all showroom visitors, phone calls, and email enquiries
- Greet clients professionally and confidently present the Fromental brand and collections
- Qualify walk-in enquiries and understand client needs before passing to senior sales where appropriate
Sales Support & Lead Management
- Support senior sales team members with presentation preparation, sample coordination, and follow-ups
- Manage walk-in and inbound leads, converting enquiries into quotes and orders where possible
- Track enquiries, quotes, and orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up
Sales Contribution
- Achieve a modest personal sales target, primarily through walk-in clients and inbound enquiries
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service and communication

Job Requirements

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years’ experience in a showroom, sales support, luxury retail, or interior design environment
- Exceptionally professional, polished, and confident when engaging with high-end clients
- Strong interest in interiors, design, and luxury products
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of a space
- Comfortable supporting sales targets and following up on leads
