Adam Hunter Inc. is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our West Hollywood studio. This role is ideal for a confident, detail-driven designer who can lead residential projects from concept through completion while collaborating closely with principals, project managers, and the broader design team.
The Senior Interior Designer will play a key role in shaping the design direction of high-end residential projects, translating creative vision into thoughtful, buildable solutions. This position requires a strong balance of creativity, technical expertise, and organizational skill, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced studio environment.
Responsibilities include developing design concepts and presentations, producing drawing sets and specifications, selecting finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, and coordinating with vendors, consultants, and fabricators. The Senior Designer will attend client meetings, site visits, and installations, and will serve as a point of leadership within the studio—mentoring designers and supporting project teams through all phases of work. Clear, proactive communication is essential to the success of this role.
This is an in-office, full-time position based in West Hollywood. We are looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a growing studio known for refined, layered interiors and a highly personalized approach to residential design.

- Ability to produce clear, accurate drawing sets and documentation

- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable interfacing with clients, vendors, consultants, and contractors
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
