Friends of Form is seeking a talented, self-driven Junior FF&E Interior Designer to join our New York studio. Our work focuses on high-end private residential interiors with an emphasis on collectible design and craft.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team and vendors to support all phases of design, from concept through installation.
Assist in sourcing and specifying furnishings, finishes, and materials.
Support presentation development via physical and digital boards, client decks, and sample coordination.
Assist in all phases: concept, design development, documentation, procurement, and installation as needed.
Maintain studio library and organizational systems.
1–3 years of professional experience in interior design, exposure to luxury residential is a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe.
Exceptional organization and communication skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where initiative and problem-solving are key.
Interest in collectible and historical design strongly preferred.
