The ideal candidate has a strong design background, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing high-end residential projects from concept through installation.
• Develop space plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Source and specify furnishings, lighting, fabrics, wallcoverings, and finishes.
• Prepare client presentations, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and trades.
• Review dimensions, pricing, lead times, and product specifications for accuracy.
• Assist with procurement, order tracking, and installation coordination.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and installations.
• Proactively identify challenges, anticipate project needs, and provide solutions.
• Maintain organized project files, schedules, and material selections.

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of interior design experience, preferably in luxury residential design.
• Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or comparable drafting software and design presentation programs.
• Strong knowledge of construction, furnishings, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Professional, resourceful, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
