We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager to lead interior design projects from concept through completion. This role combines creative design expertise with strong project management skills and is responsible for the successful execution of projects across all phases, including client interaction, schematic design, design presentations, design development, construction documentation coordination, and project implementation.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate client visions into thoughtful, sophisticated, and functional interiors while managing project schedules, budgets, consultants, vendors, and overall project coordination. As a key member of our team, the Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager will oversee projects ranging from residential renovations to large scale remodeling initiatives, ensuring design intent is maintained while meeting applicable building requirements, project timelines, and budget parameters.

This position requires a strong balance of creativity, technical knowledge, organization, leadership, and client facing skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional design and a high level of service from project inception through completion.

- Manage interior design projects from concept through completion, overseeing design quality, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Design Directors and clients to establish project goals, design direction, and functional requirements.
- Develop design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, lighting, finishes, materials, and custom elements.
- Prepare and coordinate design documentation, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, finish plans, schedules, and design-intent millwork drawings.
- Create client presentations, material selections, 3D renderings, and other visual materials to communicate design concepts.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and fabricators to support accurate execution of the approved design.
- Manage project schedules, client approvals, key milestones, deadlines, and outstanding decisions across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with the FF&E team on furniture, lighting, materials, accessories, procurement, and installation.
- Support projects during construction by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, addressing field conditions, and coordinating design revisions.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams while providing regular progress updates to Design Directors and Studio Management.
- Review drawings and project documentation for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, specifications, selections, schedules, and related documentation.
