Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with exceptional CAD proficiency and strong project-management skills to design and deliver high-end kitchens and baths from concept through installation. This role requires a designer who can work independently, lead multiple projects simultaneously, and confidently produce accurate technical documentation while collaborating with Senior Designers, vendors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead assigned kitchen and bath design projects from concept to installation.
• Develop and present complete design proposals, including mood boards, renderings, and detailed specifications.
• Produce highly accurate technical drawings, elevations, and construction-ready documentation using advanced CAD skills, SketchUp, etc.
• Select and source appliances, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and finishes that meet design intent and client needs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes with precision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Supervise junior team members on delegated project tasks.
• Conduct site visits and final walkthroughs to ensure quality control and design accuracy.
Qualifications
• 8-10 years of professional kitchen and bath design experience in residential projects.
• Exceptional-level proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software; ability to generate comprehensive, precise technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of cabinetry detailing, construction methods, plumbing, and electrical coordination.
• NKBA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
