DESIGN NOMADS: JOIN OUR TEAM OF MULTI-DISCIPLINARY FREELANCERS
We are seeking Interior Designers with strong drawing & presentation skills for contract work. You will develop interior projects and custom furniture from concept to realization; generating design studies, presentations, and production documents.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
The ideal candidate is a Sketchup/Enscape guru with technical proficiency in Adobe Suite & AutoCAD. You need superb aesthetic sensibilities, an intellectual point of view, and values that are complementary to the practice. You must also be organized, efficient and self motivated; someone who is curious, detail-oriented, a problem solver, and eager to get their hands dirty.
We are based in NYC and the Berkshires, if you are too that's wonderful, but not necessary. We prefer to work remotely when not with clients or on job sites and the design team is most often in different cities and time zones.
This is a part time position with approx 20 hrs a week for the duration of the contract, typically lasting a minimum of 3 months with options to renew.
