Robert Rionda is seeking a creative, organized, and driven intermediate or senior Interior Designer with demonstrated expertise in the luxury residential FF&E process. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the principal and lead designer to procure furnishings through established vendor relationships, as well as identify new sources that align with each project's aesthetic vision. Comprehensive knowledge of the decorative arts, international vendors, galleries, and custom workrooms is highly valued for this position within a luxury interior design firm serving a high-profile clientele.
• Five or more years of experience in residential interior design
• Advanced FFE expertise working with artisans and vendors of the highest quality
• A robust background in decorating
• A strong design sensibility and intuition with the ability to source based on aesthetic direction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of furniture, fabrics, wallcoverings, and relationships with local vendors and artisans.
• Must have a discerning eye for quality and detail
• Proficiency in preparing presentation layouts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Highly discreet, organized, self-motivated, and skilled in project management
• Excellent follow up and ability to interact luxury clientele
• Knowledge of Studio Designer software
