- Collaborate with our Principal and senior design team to develop full construction design packages (from Scopes of Work and Client Presentations to Construction/Bid sets that make contractors swoon).
- Assemble and format drawings into complete sets—coordinating schedules, specifications, and all the architectural details make our projects unique
- Conduct site visits—measure, survey, troubleshoot, keep contractors honest, and keep projects humming.
- Review millwork and stone shop drawings with a fine-toothed comb
- Create presentation-quality drawings that not only explain but impress
- At least an intermediate experience level (typically at least 4 years of professional experience in design)
- Fluency in AutoCAD (Sketchup or other 3D modeling/rendering programs is a plus but not required)
- A solid understanding of construction processes and how things actually get built
- An eye for both the big picture and the 1/16” detail
- A collaborative spirit (a sense of humor is also a plus—we take our work seriously, but not ourselves)
