Job Description

Order Entry and Processing:
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, invoices, and custom purchase orders for our Dealer Network and Interior Designers.

- Ensure clients submit all required documentation for seamless sales processing.

- Confirm lead times, order statuses, and delivery logistics.

- Assist customers, providing advice on furniture products and helping them find items that meet their needs and preferences.

- Manage incoming inquiries from the website, ensuring timely follow-up.

- Manage outreach to newly registered website accounts to facilitate engagement.

- Initiate consistent weekly outreach to onboard and support new accounts.

- Distribute sales materials to new accounts to strengthen engagement and brand awareness.

- Perform bi-weekly follow-up on outstanding quotes to monitor status and encourage conversion.

Customer Service:
- Primary contact for customer inquiries and product or service information for dealer accounts and sales representatives.

- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and materials.

- Manage the Open Sales Order Report to track back-order status and production delays for the sales team and operations, including COM status and ETAs for each.

Product Knowledge Support:
- Mail sample requests.

- Mail sales materials needed for dealer accounts, outside sales representatives.

Dealer Account Oversight:
- Manage dealer relationships, order entry, follow up, and sample requests.

- Ensure dealer accounts meet annual minimums and provide trending letters.

Sales Strategy and Growth:
- Make calls and write emails to new and dormant accounts to establish new business.

- Organize and prepare weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly reports for sales.

- Participate in weekly sales meetings with the sales and customer service teams.

Job Requirements

5+ years experience in luxury furniture sales or in the interior design or architectural fields. Highly motivated with a strong ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. Must be a collaborative team player with well seasoned interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must understand and be able to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In addition, the candidate must be a brand ambassador at all times representing the highest standards and commitment to excellence. Personal social media must be inline with our brand and be deemed respectful at all times.
