The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting The House of Pontovi’s extensive range of high quality furniture to RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL & PUBLIC clientele
This role is an independent and flexible sales position which is paid on a commission basis and potentially allows you to co-represent other non-competing home furnishing lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and retailers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase The House of Pontovi’s latest showcasing of unparalleled custom furniture by our team of craftsmen and offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven strong sales experience, preferably in the custom / high end furniture or home decor industry.
- Very Strong interpersonal, communication skills to both potential clients and internal back office teams.
- Detailed oriented w/ time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Custom / Bespoke furniture design and trends is a plus.
