Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, and self-motivated Sales Representative to grow
and manage our sales across Southern California and the Western United States. This role will
be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with designers & architects and
generating new business through outreach in the Western US. This role is ideal for a seasoned
sales professional who has a passion for design, a solid foundation of industry experience &
contacts, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market. The Sales Representative will
be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding brand presence in the luxury interiors
market. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and works closely with the
CEO. This is a full-time position.

Develop and manage a strong portfolio of interior designer, architect, and showroom
relationships within the assigned territory
● Actively grow sales through new account acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
● Present collections to designers through in-person meetings, showroom appointments,
events, and project-based consultations
● Maintain deep product knowledge across textiles and wallcoverings, including
applications, specifications, and lead times
● Track requests and orders from start to finish, ensuring a high level of service and
follow-through
● Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows as needed
● Collaborate with internal teams on sampling, pricing, project support, and client
communication
● Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and account notes through our CRM

Job Requirements

5+ years of sales experience within the interior design, textiles, wallcoverings,
furnishings, or related luxury home design industry
● Proven experience in generating sales, preferably with textiles or industry related
products with a demonstrated ability to generate revenue
● An existing network of contacts and active relationships with interior designers and/or
design firms within the Western U.S.
● Strong understanding of the interior design trade and project-based selling
● Proven ability to drive revenue and manage a multi-state territory independently
● Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
● Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
● Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Hubspot), Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks
● Willingness to be on the road in Los Angeles and surrounding Southern California
markets
● Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
● Must have a car and a clean driving record
