We're looking for a Hardware Specialist to join our team and take on responsibilities including:
- Assisting and eventually running decorative hardware selection meetings with clients
- Communicating with office, designers, and clients to schedule meetings in showroom
- Educating clients on Kingdom Woodworks processes and options
- Creating and organizing decorative hardware selections and placement documents
- Invoicing and estimating projects and hardware
- Identifying potential problems with orders and finding solutions
- Placing hardware orders and keeping inventory counted and organized per project
- Communicating with project coordinators on ship dates and arrival times
- Assisting in special projects and assignments as assigned
- Constantly researching to find new brands and suppliers to add to the showroom collection
This in person position provides opportunity for professional growth within the company. The individual who joins our team should expect to scale with our company and be ready to take on larger responsibilities over time. The position will report directly to our principal and designers.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Interior Design Degree preferred
- Great Attitude is a must!
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in design
- Proficiency in Office 360: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

stages simultaneously
- Eye for interior design
- Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to work both individually and in a team

- “People Person” – must be able to get along with and socialize with clients well
