Bunny Williams, Keith Scott and Julie Kline Dixon of the Rosney Company Architects and Jayson Collier of Summit Custom Home partnered to create this year's Southern Living Idea House, unveiled June 27. Located at Bundoran Farm by Natural Retreats, chosen because it is a conservation-based development where more than 90 percent of the 2,300 acres are protected as a working landscape—and one of the South’s, and the country’s, only conservation communities focused on active agricultural production—the Idea House features distinctly Southern charm.

The Idea House is located at the Bundoran Farm in Charlottesville, VA.

Southern Living's August issue, on newsstands July 24, will feature the house, which was sponsored by Ballard Designs, Lennox, Sherwin-Williams, Sunbrella, Southern Living Plant Collection, James Hardie, J.Jill and Torani.
