One Kings Lane, in partnership with real estate investor and developer Lightstone, has designed a townhouse at the newly unveiled rental development 365 Bond, in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn. The 430-unit residential building is outfitted with 40,000 square feet of amenity space and over 30,000 square feet of green space.

OKL’s design service, The Studio, designed the showroom model home with inspiration from the surrounding neighborhood. Potential tenants and visitors will be able to check out the showroom as well as shop the look.

“Our design service through The Studio at One Kings Lane is an amazing resource for anyone moving into a new home, making our partnership with Lightstone the perfect fit,” says David Bazner, interior designer at The Studio. “For The Townhouse design at 365 Bond, we used an assortment of One Kings Lane vintage items alongside made-to-order pieces to create a look that’s as fresh and full of character as the surrounding neighborhood.”

“We are committed to offering high-end design and unique lifestyle experiences for our residents and this partnership will help showcase the numerous design possibilities at 365 Bond,” says Mitchell Hochberg, president of Lightstone. Scott J. Avram, the company’s senior vice president, says, “We are honored to partner with One Kings Lane to bring their renowned studio format to life in our beautiful Townhome.”

Among the interior features are custom Italian kitchen cabinetry, Bosch kitchen appliances, quartz stone countertops, Kohler and Symmons bath fixtures and in-unit Bosch washers and dryers. Douglas Elliman is managing leasing for the building.
