Five new designers joined Elle Decor’s A-List, and a May 19 luncheon celebrated each one. Ken Fulk, Beth Martin, David Mann, Jason and Katie Maine joined the magazine’s editor in chief, Michael Boodro, along with many past A-List honorees, at Carnegie Hall to mark the occasion, which was sponsored by Kravet, Tiffany & Co., The Urban Electric Co. and Chateau D’Esclans.
“To join the esteemed roster of A-List talents, a designer has to have both a broad range of work and a uniquely personal vision,” says Boodro. “We look for designers who both surprise and delight us, ones we know maintain a level of excellence in all their work, and we’re thrilled to add [these] extremely gifted designers…to the A-List this year.”
