Arteriors launches Nature of Design collection in new NYDC showroom

On the eve of the spring equinox, March 19, Arteriors celebrated the opening of its new showroom in the New York Design Center with an elegant cocktail celebration that also marked the debut of the brand’s latest outdoor collection, The Nature of Design. What began over three decades ago as a boutique accessories company has evolved into a trusted source for inspired design with an ever-expanding selection of lighting, furniture, wall decor and accents. Now, following more than a decade at 200 Lex, Arteriors is excited to continue its tenure there in a space that complements its growth. The new suite (201) offers the addition of a private conference room for designer presentations and meetings; a full kitchen to increase product display space and support entertaining; and large windows that shine ample natural light on the brand’s broad portfolio of products.

“We’re incredibly excited to unveil our new showroom at the New York Design Center,” said Arteriors CEO John Hart. “The new space offers our interior design clientele an even stronger resource for creativity, collaboration and discovery.”

The Nature of Design collection was on display throughout the showroom, beautifully reflecting the brand’s dedication to impeccable quality, rare artistry and inviting comfort. Among the highlights were the Florian outdoor swivel lounge chair and the Lorenzo concrete planters. The collection’s nature theme carried through to the refreshments and floral arrangements: Brooklyn-based caterer Bad Taste took center stage in the showroom’s kitchen, delighting guests with an artistic spread that became a lively gathering point throughout the evening; botanical cocktails leaned into the spirit of the season with the signature “Arteriors Spritz” and celebratory champagne; and lush, organic designs by Fox Fodder Flowers arranged in Lorenzo planters and Grenell vases elegantly echoed the ethos.

The evening also served as a warm official welcome to the company’s new senior vice president of sales, Beth Cohn, who joined Arteriors earlier in March. Cohn brings nearly three decades of executive leadership experience across luxury fashion, home and lifestyle brands from the likes of Walker Zanger, Opustone and The Shade Store. With her appointment, Arteriors reinforces its commitment to delivering exceptional service and design excellence to its trade, commercial and retail partners.
