Galbraith & Paul is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Design & Graphics team. This is a new, highly collaborative role for a creative, experienced design professional who is positive, proactive, and attentive to detail. You will work closely with our Design Director Liz Galbraith and our small in-house design team to produce high-quality work across print and digital channels, while helping shape how the world experiences the Galbraith & Paul brand. Our work is special - rooted in craftsmanship, process, and a distinct aesthetic. We’re looking for someone who can translate that into beautiful, consistent materials with a very high bar for quality of design and execution.
This role spans brand materials, content creation, and design support. You will design and produce sales and marketing materials including sourcebooks, brochures, postcards, sample cards, letterhead, signage, and digital assets. You will help maintain brand consistency across typography, layout, imagery, and overall visual language, and prepare files for production with care, including proofing, prepress readiness, and vendor coordination.
You will also contribute to content creation across platforms. Working with the team, you will help develop and produce photography and light video content that highlights our studio, process, products, and brand point of view. This content will be used across Instagram, email campaigns (via Constant Contact), and our website. You will help keep assets organized and reusable so the team can move efficiently without sacrificing quality.
In addition, you will support design development by collaborating on new pattern designs and colorways across product lines, exploring scale, color, and repeat, and creating visuals that support internal design decision-making.
