WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A Senior Designer/Project Manager with a passion for design, an eye for details and the ability to work collaboratively as an independent thinker. You are articulate, understand the importance of communication, and embrace establishing meaningful relationships with vendors and clients. Innately, you are resourceful, curious, highly organized. Not only do you enjoy travel, but you are able to spend consecutive days away on-site visits and installs. Our current and ongoing projects are normally in North America and Europe, so you should be comfortable with adjusting to time zone changes during travel. Regular workroom check-ins are a necessity based on the majority of our work being highly customized. And above all you value and possess the “can do” attitude needed to own a project from inception through to completion.

- 4-7 years of hi-end Interior Design
- lead onsite installations
- interpreting and executing the principal’s vision during all phases of the design
- design execution and vision implementation
- multi-tasking multiple projects simultaneously
- budget Maintenance
- excellent project timeline management
- effective time management
- proven Project Management
- preparation of detailed schemes, project boards, and client presentations
- materials coordination
- maintaining updated quotes, reserves, and accurate pricing of FF&E custom pieces throughout any designated project
- thrive in a high-paced, detail-oriented environment
THE SKILLSET YOU’VE DEVELOPED:
- expertise with Studio Designer
- working knowledge of Monday
- autoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Construction oversight
IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF YOU HAVE:
- construction administration experience
- familiarity with building codes and design industry standards
