We are seeking an highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our small team. This individual will take ownership of developing and implementing a nation-wide sales strategy for our wallpaper & textile business, with a focus on reaching the trade interiors community in Texas and regions without showroom representation.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop & implement an effective nation-wide sales strategy for wallpaper & textiles
• High focus on outreach to new clients, identifying sales opportunities and exploring new sales channels
• Build strong relationships and ongoing sales support with interior designers and trade partners
• Travel to various territories for sales calls, new account introductions and industry events
• Targeted goal of 12-14 sales appointments per week
• Create and generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to help guide our team in growth projections
• Keep active and up-to-date customer activity reports
• Network within the interior design community, including attending events and collaborating with trade partners
• Willingness to adapt as our business changes and wear multiple hats (small team)

• Texas-based
• 5-10 years of sales experience in luxury brand
• Proven track record of brand growth; developing sales strategy, analyzing data and generating sales
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Excel and other sales tools
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Self-starter with strong motivation to help grow a brand
• Appreciation and interest in the interior design industry
• Professional communication skills; both written and in person
• Willingness to travel
