Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to manage sales and client relationships in the Western and Northeastern U.S. territories. As our Western Salesperson, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with clients who love bold, funky designs. You’ll engage with interior designers and other industry professionals who appreciate our unique take on wallpaper.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute creative sales plans to expand market share in the Western or Northeastern U.S.
- Demonstrate a strong drive and proactive approach to meet and exceed sales targets, showing resilience and initiative to achieve results.
- Meet and manage weekly KPIs and activity goals.
- Cultivate new business and act as an evangelist to build relationships with key clients and industry influencers, further establishing the brand in the market.
- Perform extensive outreach using outstanding writing and verbal skills to build and sustain remote relationships.
- Scrub open orders reports and follow up on existing estimates, invoices, sample orders, and other related items to ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Deliver polished and engaging sales presentations both virtually (e.g., last-minute Google Meets) and in person, tailored to the needs of potential and existing clients.
- Update and maintain information in the CRM, manage data views, and run reports to track performance and support sales activities.
- Analyze sales data to monitor performance, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for growth, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize potential.
- Submit weekly call reports to highlight market insights and findings, enabling the company to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
- Travel throughout the territory to meet with clients and represent Flavor Paper at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities, enhancing brand visibility and establishing new partnerships when required.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of sales experience in luxury textiles or wallcoverings, with an extensive personal book of business in the trade industry.
- Track record of setting and achieving sales goals and collaborating and influencing sales.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about personal growth and business development.
- Proactive with the ability to take ownership of tasks and identify areas for improvement.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, always willing to go the extra mile for clients, consistently exceeding expectations and maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work remotely from a home office with a professional background suitable for video calls, along with occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a hyper focus on detail and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Keen eye for high-end design and ability to curate and recommend complementary materials for project shopping based on designer needs.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and Wi-Fi access.
