Duration:
Full-time

Salary:

We’re a small, fast-moving studio, not a corporate office. Titles matter less than skill, ownership, and curiosity. This role is for someone technically strong, highly capable, and comfortable wearing many hats. You could come from an architecture or an interior design background.
What we’re looking for:
*Someone resourceful and eager to grow.
*Extremely strong technically, able to produce renders, Photoshop work, and image decks quickly and beautifully
*Confident with 2D plans and small construction documentation sets (we don’t do full complex CDs, but we do need clear, thoughtful documentation of intent)
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable switching gears daily
* Someone who wants to grow alongside a studio, not hide inside a role
Core responsibilities
* Produce renders, Photoshop visuals, and presentation materials at a fast pace
* Prepare 2D plans and small construction documentation sets
* Create schedules and coordinate design information internally
* Assist with pricing, collecting quotes, and placing orders in-house
* Help manage purchasing, invoicing, and payments using Excel and Studio Designer
* Track orders, apply client payments, and support procurement workflows
* Participate in client presentations and meetings
* Support day-to-day studio needs, big and small
Studio reality
One day you might be helping me with press work. Another day you might be presenting design work to a client. There’s no hierarchy here. We all do everything. What matters is initiative, trust, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Ideal mindset
* Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented
* Comfortable with responsibility and ownership
* Not precious about titles
* Excited by variety and learning on the fly
* Interested in growing long-term with a studio
