Beep Design Consulting is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented project coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of residential & commercial interior design projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys creating order, and wants to grow with a small but ambitious design firm. This position will begin part-time (20 hours/wk) with the opportunity to expand into a full-time role as responsibilities and project volume increase. Hybrid work will be available after an initial in-office training period. This position ensures that projects move smoothly from concept to installation by managing administrative, logistical, and communication tasks. You will work closely with the Principal to coordinate vendors, track orders, maintain documentation, and support client-facing deliverables. This is a systems-driven role that requires a high organizational capacity as well as flexibility, responsiveness, and a strong sense of hospitality in all communications.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, (especially Excel and Outlook), Canva, and Adobe Acrobat
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear, professional written communication.
Bonsai is our project management and invoicing system, you will be trained and expected to gain proficiency quickly.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable in a small-team environment.
Demonstrates a mindset of hospitality, service, and problem-solving.
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or SmartDraw.
Prior work in interior design, architecture, construction, or a creative service industry.
Familiarity with purchasing, logistics, or project coordination.
Background in the humanities: art, history, literature, etc.
