Location: Hollywood, Florida (initially), with future East Coast U.S. travel opportunities

NIBA DESIGNS specializes in bespoke custom rug design, consultation, and manufacturing, collaborating with luxury interior designers to deliver one-of-a-kind solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new client (Interior Designers and Architects) relationships in the luxury design market.
Close business/orders with current and new clients, offering tailored solutions.
Schedule and manage appointments, maintaining a dynamic sales calendar.
Work closely with interior designers to select ideal rugs, advising on color, materials, and design.
Read and interpret floor plans to make precise design suggestions.
Work with clients on full project design, guiding them from concept to completion.
Absorb and retain detailed product knowledge; no two rugs are alike—must have strong memory recall and deep understanding of offerings.
Thrive in our fast-paced environment; be a quick learner as each project and day is unique.
Attend industry events to network and expand brand presence.
Represent the brand in a polished, professional manner—well-dressed, confident, poised.
Initial training will involve shadowing the owner in client presentations on-the-road traveling to client’s offices throughout Florida.
Currently, clients are located nationwide, and the owner personally services all accounts. Once the new hire is fully up to speed, they will be assigned to an appropriate territory that will be determined mutually. The outside sales manager must be vested in a sales territory beneficial to the company.
The position will be based in Florida initially, with the eventual goal of expanding to additional East Coast territories.

Salary + Commission

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual is a plus.
Minimum 5 years in luxury goods sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
