ZETR is seeking a Head of Sales, Americas [NYC] to lead our commercial expansion across the United States and, over time, the broader Americas region. This is a foundational leadership role, suited to a senior, design‑literate commercial leader who wants to build something enduring, not inherit a finished machine. You will establish ZETR in the US A&D community, shape our go‑to‑market strategy, and build the systems, relationships, and team that allow the brand to scale with intention.
You’ll work closely with the founders and senior leadership, with genuine influence and autonomy. This is a hands‑on, field‑led role: part strategic architect, part relationship builder, part steward of a brand entering a market long dominated by incumbents.
A critical part of this role is helping introduce Casambi‑enabled switching and intelligent control systems to the US market, a strategic pillar of ZETR’s future. Our approach to automation is deliberately different: discreet, design‑first, and deeply integrated, allowing architects and designers to specify highly functional control without sacrificing aesthetic integrity. You will play a key role in positioning this capability with clarity and credibility.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD [AND OWN]
Market & Brand Leadership: Serve as the senior commercial face of ZETR in the Americas, introducing the brand, its ethos, and its product system to the US A&D community.
Sales Strategy & Commercial Execution: Develop and execute ZETR’s US sales strategy across specification led luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Team, Culture & Capability: Build, mentor, and lead a high performing sales team as ZETR expands from NYC into additional US regions.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a senior commercial leader with strong design intelligence , comfortable speaking with architects, confident navigating specificationdriven sales, and experienced in building markets with care and discipline.
YOU WILL BRING
10+ years’ experience in luxury A&D specification sales, ideally in lighting, architectural products, or closely related categories.
A strong track record delivering and growing highvalue residential and hospitality projects.
Experience building and leading sales teams across multiple regions.
An established network within the US architecture and interior design community [NYC / Northeast Corridor strongly favoured].
Commercial sophistication paired with operational discipline, you care about clarity, structure, and how results are achieved, not just the outcome.
Most importantly, you are motivated by building , by shaping markets, mentoring teams, and helping define a brand’s legacy from the ground up.

Today, our products are recognized with more than 15 international design and innovation awards and are trusted by architects and designers who care deeply about proportion, materiality, and longevity. We’ve grown with consistent year‑on‑year revenue growth, maintained strong margins, and reinvested heavily into R&D, all self‑funded, debt‑free, and deliberately long‑term in outlook.
Now, we are launching ZETR in the Americas, beginning in New York City, one of the world’s most influential design markets. Product samples will be available from April 2026, with our formal brand debut at NYCxDesign Week, where we will introduce the US market to ZETR’s design philosophy, product system, and approach to architectural electrical design.
