Blueprint Lighting is a family owned business and a leader in the boutique decorative lighting industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Experience Specialist. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email. and in-person. Routing incoming inquires to proper salesperson.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Sales Team support: helping cover duties for salespeople when on PTO or out sick
- Showroom duties: keeping track of and ordering basic supplies, finish sample stock, etc.
- Opening and closing showroom.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot or similar) not necessary, but preferred
