Job Description

The Brand Manager role is responsible for creating and managing the execution of the brand strategy for the York Wallcoverings residential segment, and potential future additional residential oriented products/brands. This position maintains brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, supporting a portfolio of products that live in the York Wallcoverings segment (and potentially other residential brands) of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with sales leader and Director of Marketing to build a solid brand strategy that aligns with the overall segment goals.
• Setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, “voice” and value proposition for short as well as long term planning
• Lead planning, execution and management of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
• Oversee content development for the brands to ensure all copy is in the voice of the brand.
• Manage the execution of promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
• Coordinate direction and execution of advertising and promotional spend for traditional media.
• Collaborate on direction of digital advertising and promotional spend with eCommerce Digital Marketer / Ecom Team.
• Coordinate with PR firm
• Oversee tradeshow coordination and identification of new tradeshow opportunities.
• Complete competitor and customer insights analysis.
• Act as the liaison between new product development, graphics and various go to market segments, including sales team and
ecommerce teams.
• Work with other segment brand managers to leverage additional opportunities for products in other segment channels.
• Assist with product development and new product launches to ensure alignment with the brand guidelines.
• Work closely with sales in support of developing new business opportunities.
• All other duties as assigned by management
