Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Baltimore, MD. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales, customer service, inventory, and staff. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for assisting with store merchandising and helping to create a welcoming environment for customers. We like to have fun and enjoy each other - Join us!

Job Requirements

Experience in home decorating and design
Excellent customer service skills
Enjoys selling high-end product with integrity, and as a team
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or similar
