We are seeking a detailed oriented Administrative and Logistics Coordinator to support our interior design firm. This role will collaborate with the Interior Design and Project Management Team to manage day-to-day office operations, and provide administrative support to the team. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and highly dependable, with proactive skills to ensure the smooth running of a small but busy office.
******Please note this is an in-house, full-time position and not a design role.******
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Invoice and place orders for materials and furnishings based on project requirements and timelines
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist with client communications and follow-ups
- Handle COI’s for building deliveries
- Communicate with vendors from beginning to end of the ordering process - from accurate quotes to placing orders to final delivery, while maintaining up to date records throughout the process
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors promptly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Closely monitoring team calendar and schedules, scheduling meeting rooms and gathering necessary documentation for the team prior to all installations/client meetings

- Must hold a bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Studio Designer a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Google Suite
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must live in NYC
