As our Account Manager, based in Tuuci's vibrant Miami headquarters, you'll serve as the essential link between our business and clients, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded. Collaborating with the Regional Sales Director, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of our programs and business relationships. You'll provide regular input on client projects, identify goals and areas for improvement, and take ownership of client relationships. Your role includes reviewing major deliverables to meet quality standards, collaborating with various departments for seamless project execution, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

In this dynamic role, you'll develop an in-depth understanding of the Northeast business operations, becoming the go-to expert on regional activities. You'll diagnose areas needing improvement, develop innovative solutions, and proactively identify opportunities for account growth and new business. Acting as a liaison between stakeholders, reps, and the Regional Sales Manager, you'll ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels. Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, planning or procurement within a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal required.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong ability to develop and nurture business relationships.
• Polished ability to present and convey information to a group.
• Ability to use independent judgement with a high level of initiative.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Proven ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact effectively within a team and with other departments.
• An interest in and an ability to travel for client visits and industry events.
