Artemest is seeking an experienced Account Manager based in Los Angeles (California) to drive revenue growth and build brand awareness within the architectural and interior design (A&D) community. This role focuses on managing key accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and leveraging growing opportunities in residential, hospitality, and retail projects.
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue in California, with a focus on residential, hospitality, and luxury retail sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers and interior designers involved in large-scale projects.
Build and foster relationships with A&D firms and luxury clients to maximize brand exposure and drive sales.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth project management and order fulfillment.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients in California, building and and maintaining strong relationships with A&D firms and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs, offering tailored solutions and product recommendations from Artemest’s curated collections.
Communicate regularly with clients regarding new collections, promotions, and project updates, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Project & Operational Management:
Coordinate custom and bespoke product requests with the trade project team in Milan for flawless execution.
Oversee post-sale processes, resolving any issues and aligning with the HQ team to ensure smooth project completion.
Maintain CRM systems with updated leads, project details, and client interactions.
Brand Promotion & Events:
Attend key industry events in California to enhance Artemest’s visibility and network within the local design community.
Conduct tutorials and presentations on Artemest’s product offerings, customization options, and trade benefits for design professionals.
Support the Vice President of Artemest US in developing and executing trade
- 4+ years of sales experience in design, luxury goods, or online marketplace industries.
- Proven track record in business development and driving sales growth, particularly in residential, hospitality, or retail markets.
- Strong relationships with top A&D firms in California and deep understanding of the local interior design industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury craftsmanship and e-commerce
