Celebrating midcentury architecture and design in the Palm Springs area, this biannual four-day festival gives the more than thousands of attendees an opportunity to interact with 350 events. The Fall installment of the fair features a double-decker architectural bus tour, the signature Modernism show, and home tours in more than 30 neighborhoods, as well as film screenings, live music, fashion shows, and lectures that encourage architectural preservation and sustainable living.
