Design Social is headed to the nation’s capital this month, connecting interior designers with the artisans and entrepreneurs behind boutique brands from around the country. Representatives from dozens of bespoke textile, wallcovering, lighting and furniture companies will be on hand to mingle with guests at Dock 5 at Union Market, and visitors are invited to attend talks moderated by Business of Home editor in chief Kaitlin Petersen and Veranda executive editor Ellen McGauley.
