The Northern California Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art has announced the winners of its biennial Julia Morgan Awards. The awards celebrate local architects, designers, artisans, builders, students and patrons for “their excellence in the contemporary practice and support of the classical traditions.” This year’s jury, which includes Gil Schafer, chairman, Andrew Cogar and Suzanne Rheinstein, awarded designers and firms such as Elizabeth Everdell Garden Design, The Wiseman Group, Douglas Durkin Design, and many more, including architecture firms and other regional leaders.
