Today marks the premiere of the second season of The Nate Berkus Show on OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network. In his second season, designer, interior decorator, and best-selling author Nate Berkus brings his signature style back to daytime television with a show that helps viewers elevate their lives with beautiful, affordable, and easy changes that they can make right now.

Berkus and his team traveled across the country all summer  transforming kitchens, laundry rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, and even entire city blocks. The results will be revealed in the new show, which begins today.

"We're having a party everyday and you're invited. My party favor to you is the information you can use to make your life more stylish," Berkus said. "We also have some big, emotional makeovers. My team and I have been working hard all summer to pull off some of the biggest reveals of my career and I can't wait to share the results with viewers at home."

During premiere week, viewers can look forward to:

September 12: Berkus surprises a couple with a life-sized edition of Nate's Crate . . . but this time, it has one extra special ingredient – Berkus himself.

Tuesday, September 13: Berkus gives an exclusive first look inside his brand new NYC home, taking you from demolition to design to reveal and show you how to get his look for less.

Wednesday, September 14: Berkus and his special co-host for the day Carson Kressley team up for an entire hour of home makeovers and fashion takeovers.

Thursday, September 15: Berkus helps one busy mom climb out of her renovation rut and shows you how to avoid renovation pitfalls and make the most out of renovation budgets. Plus, tricks to finding high-end designer outfits for under $20 in your local thrift store.

Friday, September 16: Berkus hits the big 4-0 and his entire audience is celebrating their birthdays too! Special guests Dr. Oz reveals his secrets to living agelessly, Oprah gives her birthday wishes and advice on starting new chapters, and Kimora Lee Simmons shares secrets to dropping 10 years off your looks.

Then later this month, Berkus unveils a project for Monica Jorge, the mother that Oprah Winfrey dubbed "Warrior Mom" after her battle with a disease that left her disabled.

Popular signature segments include: House Proud, where fans take Berkus and his audience on a tour of their beautifully designed homes and show viewers how to get the same look in their own homes; Nate's Crate, where lucky fans receive a special delivery on their front doorstep and a challenge to transform a space using only the items in the box; Nate's Finds, where Berkus shares his favorite finds and affordable design trends; Audience Design Dilemmas, where Berkus takes design dilemma questions from his audience and shares quick tips and solutions that will help solve their any and every design problem; and Money Matters, where Berkus and his go-to financial experts work with real people to explore money saving tips and tricks in a variety of different money-centered segments.

Executive Producer Corin Nelson said, "We're so excited to head into season two. We've been in full production all summer long with Nate doing what he loves best – surprising people in their homes and changing their lives! Design is still the heart of the show, but Nate will be at the center of all areas of lifestyle from fashion, cooking and entertaining to family, relationships, career and money matters.  We're very conscious of the realities of daytime viewers' lives and will provide take-away tools in fun and engaging ways so that viewers get great information they can apply to their own lives."
