Interior designer Susan Hable of Hable Construction has collaborated with home accents maker La Barge for a new line of mirrors. The collection is inspired by current contemporary design, pioneers of pre-midcentury design such as Gio Ponti, and Italian, French and U.S. Modernists such as Georges Pelletier and Karl Springer.

Pixels and punk rock influences in Susan Hable's mirror collaboration with La Barge

“What I wanted to do was explore materials and engage new concepts, adding a contemporary twist to classic materials,” said Hable. “Using walnut, different kinds of brass and marble were all ways for me to revisit how I approach form and make it fresh and livable.”

Susan Hable premieres an inspired new mirror collection with home accents maker La Barge.

The collection includes such subversive styles as a pixelated-design marble mirror, a mirror replete with punk rock studs, and a circular mirror that can be hung in different arrangements.
