The term ‘camp’ will come into its true meaning this summer when attendees of Lori Dennis and Kelli Ellis’ recurring educational program, this one dubbed Super Design Camp, stay several nights in Las Vegas. The event will be held in conjunction with the Las Vegas Market, July 27 – 31.

Day one will include a tour of Dennis and Ellis’ favorite showrooms at the Market, and will be followed by an opening night cocktail party.

“By combining camp with market, our designers will have the ability to preview what's new and strengthen relationships with vendors and their reps,” said Dennis.

Like previous camps, Super Design Camp will offer interior design business tips, tricks and success strategies from top industry expert speakers, networking opportunities, and meet-and-greets with top manufacturers and suppliers.

Previous speakers at Design Camps in California and High Point, N.C. included Barry Dixon, Kathryn Ireland and Timothy Corrigan.

“Design Campers come to build relationships in the design community, enhance their brands, become enriched as designers and improve their bottom lines,” said Dennis. “They've been inspired to do things like move from a blogging business to an interior design business. Our brand strategist speaker, Phil Pallen, has helped many to improve the look of their websites, logos and even personal appearances resulting in achieving unforeseen successes. The same type of learning, with hands on experiences in vendors' showrooms will happen at Design Camp in Las Vegas.”

"Las Vegas is a city filled with cutting edge design and exotic experiences,” added Ellis. “Lori and I met speaking at the Las Vegas Market on the "Influential Woman of Design" panel, so it's a very special place for us."

Super Design Camp will be held once a year at Las Vegas’ summer market, while smaller “mini camps” will be held around the country during West Week this spring at the Pacific Design Center and at High Point Market.
