Six years in the works, the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is now set to unveil its residences designed by Brett Sugerman and Giselle Loor of b + g design.  The five residences, no two alike, range from 1,700-3,600 square feet and start at $1.9 million, and feature Alexander McQueen, Missoni and Emilio Pucci accents, Holly Hunt and Ralph Pucci furniture, Niba Rugs and Roll & Hill lighting.

The three towers feature expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean and a prime location, directly across from the Bal Harbour Shops. The billion-dollar development was named number one on Forbes' “ten most anticipated hotel openings of 2012” and the most highly anticipated luxury hotel opening of 2012 by Luxury Travel Magazine.

The St. Regis's custom units boast warm textures, rich materials, and bold architectural detailing, along with in-house designed furniture and curated artwork.

b+g design specializes in luxury residential and commercial projects. The philosophy of the husband-and-wife team is that “design should be both functional and innovative”.
