The Shade Store opened its 26th showroom in its extensive nationwide expansion on May 14, with a party at its Laguna Center locale in Laguna Nigel, California. Guests, including Dave Colton, owner of the Laguna Design Center, enjoyed the party, where the store’s signature “Made in the Shade” rum punch cocktail also debuted.

“We were overwhelmed by the warm welcome we received from the Laguna Design Center staff as well as its community of designers,” said Lisa McClelland, vice president of showrooms for The Shade Store. “We’re thrilled to be a part of such a thriving design center and can’t wait to see what the next few months bring.”
