Schumacher is known for its high-profile roster of designer collaborations, from the LA-based Million Dollar Decorators Martyn Lawrence Bullard and Mary McDonald, to New York heavyweights Celerie Kemble, Jamie Drake and Matthew Patrick Smyth, and the fashion forward Lulu DK and Trina Turk.

The newest name to be added to the list has just been announced—Los Angeles-based designer Timothy Corrigan, who will be creating not only a fabric line, but also furniture and custom rugs, which will all debut in the spring of next year.

“Timothy is an innovative designer who we have followed for some time now,” said Terri Eagle, president and CEO of Schumacher. “We are inspired by his continuous level of creativity and are excited to release his Schumacher and Patterson, Flynn & Martin collections in 2014."

The fabric and furnishings collection will blend Corrigan’s love of beautiful, traditional fabrics with a modern aesthetic and classic sensibility while the vintage inspired, hand tufted rugs will feature organically placed motifs along with structured grid patterns and border design.

Hailed in Architectural Digest as “Today’s Tastemaker,” Corrigan’s work has been featured on television and in publications including Elle Decor, The New York Times, Town & Country, Vanity Fair, Vogue and The Wall Street Journal. Corrigan has been named one of the world’s top 100 architects and designers by Architectural Digest for the past eight years, one of the World’s Top 40 Interior Designers by The Robb Report, and included in Luxe Interiors + Design Gold List. Corrigan has offices in Paris and LA, as well as an eponymous home product line.

In addition, Corrigan is introducing several new tabletop collections for Royal Limoges, to be introduced in early 2014. Rizzoli is set to launch a book showcasing some of his work in October.
