Outdoor textiles made in China maintain high-speed growth

The trend towards outdoor living and environmental consciousness has assured the outdoor consumer market of China's ability to maintain 40 percent annual growth for several years. According to industrial data, sales volume of China's outdoor market reached $3.8 billion in 2008. More and more domestic and international dealers of outdoor supplies and manufacturers are optimistic about China’s domestic market due to strong market demand. Outdoor textiles have higher value-added and technology content, which demands strict textile technologies. Many textile enterprises have been discouraged by high technology and difficult production of outdoor textile products.
