One Kings Lane announces a new series of events and partnerships including the industry's first-ever online Estate Sale series. As an extension of the Tastemaker Tag Sales events, the new Estate Sale series will provide members with access to the personal collections of renowned influencers from the worlds of fashion and design.

One Kings Lane will partner with noteworthy estates to showcase the treasured items of prominent individuals, and share the stories behind their extensive personal collections.

The first Estate Sale will debut on Saturday, November 5, with items from the estate of renowned decorator, fashion icon, editor and author Chessy Rayner. One of the most-photographed and stylish women of the 1960's, Rayner began her career at Ladies Home Journal, followed by Glamour, and later Vogue, where she served as a fashion editor from 1956 to 1964.  Following her career as a journalist, Rayner went on to write three cookbooks, and co-found the acclaimed interior design company MAC II.  MAC II quickly gained noto riety, with a knack for mixing high-end decor and inexpensive pieces in the homes of celebrities and the wealthy elite. The Chessy Rayner Estate Sale will feature exclusive items from the late Rayner's personal collection, gathered from her homes in Manhattan, South Hamptons and St. Martin.

To expand on the success of the Tuesday and Saturday Tastemaker Tag Sales, One Kings Lane is adding Thursday Evening Tastemaker Tag Sales. This exciting addition builds upon the past year's launch of numerous new sales initiatives and partnerships including Container Sales, Movie Set Sales and curated sales from leading home and lifestyle influencers such as Alice Waters, Ina Garten and Gwyneth Paltrow.

New Partnerships and Expanded Curated Selections

One Kings Lane is teaming up with top designers to share their favorite home design and accessory products and inspiration with the new Guest Curator Program.  Launched in late September 2011 with star of Bravo's "Million Dollar Decorators," Nathan Turner, the Guest Curator Program will offer products and insider decorating tips from the most influential names in design.

Also on the horizon for One Kings Lane is the new Artists Edition Collection sales, which will offer exclusive products designed by influential members of the art, design and fashion industries.

"The newest additions to One Kings Lane's sales events are a natural progression stemming from the success and popularity of the Tastemaker Tag Sales program," said Andrea Stanford, general manager of designer and vintage sales for One Kings Lane. "We are committed to bringing new and innovative shopping experiences to the Tastemaker Tag Sale brand by giving customers exclusive access to curated products, one-of-a-kind items and expert lifestyle tips, offering all customers what was once only available to the clients of interior designers."
