DreamSCAPE, a conceptual design exhibition that explores the symbolic references of our personal spaces through the interplay of fine art and high design, is the result of a partnership between L.A. Mart Design Center (LAMDC), LOOK Gallery and Los Angeles magazine.

Seven top Los Angeles design firms each partnered with a LOOK Gallery artist to realize a series of installations within the gallery, combining various art media and home furnishings and accessory products from LAMDC showrooms.

Participating designers include Becket Cook, Christopher Gaona, Inc. Interiors, Dan Vickery + Lonni Paul Design, Franklin Studios, Inc., Shimoda Design Group, Stephen Pappas Interiors, and Woodson & Rummerfield’s House of Design.

Featured artists include Jorge Albertella, Claressinka Anderson, Mattia Biagi, Carol Bishop, Joe Davidson, Jimi Gleason, and Bruna Stude.

The opening night party on November 5 attracted more than 500 of L.A.’s fashion, art and interiors mavens.

The exhibition is currently on display and runs through next Thursday, December 3, in the L.A. Mart Design Center’s LOOK Gallery.
