International Market Centers (IMC) announced strategic modifications, including promotions, lateral moves and new appointments, to streamline its gift and home décor team which will be visible at the next year’s markets.

The changes will create a single unified team supporting cross-category leasing for permanent home décor floors at IHFC in High Point and permanent and temporary presentations in Las Vegas.

High Point Market

“We are maximizing team leasing efforts to take best advantage of individual category expertise,” said Bob Maricich, CEO of International Market Centers.

Lee Hershberg has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Gift and Home Décor, and will continue to report to Dorothy Belshaw, IMC’s President of the Gift and Home Décor Division. His team will include Boyd Tasker and Ron Radin, both Leasing Directors of Home Décor based in Las Vegas, as well as RJ Maricich, newly appointed Leasing Manager of Home Décor, who will be based in High Point, NC.

As Vice President of the Las Vegas Design Center, Paul Watson will work with Belshaw and Keith Davis to launch a merchandised and juried presentation of design-forward, market-time showrooms for the Summer 2013 Market.

Las Vegas Market

Terence Morris, a 25-year industry veteran who has held positions with Americas Mart in Atlanta and the California Gift Show, will work with the gift leasing team to accelerate participation by industry leaders at Las Vegas Market.

Gift+Home at Las Vegas Market, which is gearing up for its winter edition, will present 800-plus gift and home décor resources in an unrivaled market destination. Las Vegas Market features thousands of furniture, gift and home décor lines, allowing for cross-category commerce among the gift, furniture, home décor and accessory industries.

The Winter 2013 Las Vegas Market runs Jan. 28-Feb. 1, 2013 at the World Market Center. For more information, click here. The next High Point Market will take place April 20-25, 2013.
