We’re not even halfway through July, and the latest drops are as scorching as the temperatures. From green-marble-topped side tables to botanical zellige tile murals, these noteworthy launches will entice you to kick back in the AC and refresh your sourcing list.
Audrey Lane’s Brick & Brush collection is a botanical masterpiece. Curated by Jenn Zella of CID Design Group, the statement-making series transforms seven of artist Kristy Gammill’s canvas paintings into handmade Moroccan zellige tile murals, including the gestural Morning Monstera; the leafy green Verdant; and our current crush, Pampas & Palm, a pastel-hued charmer adorned in an expressive floral motif.
Lulu and Georgia unveiled the sun-drenched Catching Light capsule just in time for the dog days. The launch draws inspiration from retro space-age styles and spans dozens of mineral toned, 1970s-esque designs, such as the terra cotta–colored Cara sectional sofa; the saffron linen-upholstered Sloman chair; and Hendel, a marble-topped side table with rich avocado-hued veining.
Kravet Couture’s Casa Botanica is a love letter to tropical landscapes. The frond-filled collection boasts 29 lush fabric patterns—several of which are also available as wallcoverings—ranging from the rainforest-themed Junglewood and the butterfly-accented La Selva to the painterly Rio Vine and the mountainscape-clad Shangri La.
Raphael Navot’s “Reverberations” is on full display at the Friedman Benda gallery in Los Angeles. The series marks the Paris-based Israeli designer’s largest solo exhibition to date, and it showcases an array of highly collectible handcrafted designs made from innovative, eco-conscious materials, such as the biomorphic, resin Clast table and Whale, an angular chair carved in light oak with a plush velvet-covered seat cushion.
Denver and Chicago–based designer Donna Mondi partnered with Material Bespoke Stone + Tile on a stunning selection of stone range hoods. The material-driven line features three elegant solid marble styles, including the fluted Neoclassicist; the bullnosed Pragmatist; and The Extrovert, a reeded stunner that’s available in both full and low profiles.
Tupelo Goods unveiled an ergonomic, pool-ready chaise lounge named Deck. Available in three versatile colorways—crisp Highcloud White, cool Concrete Gray and creamy Sandstone—the ultrachic design is composed of waterproof, marine-grade polyethylene and features a contoured body and reclining backrest that provides ample lumbar support.
Ege Carpets launched its inaugural line of customizable area rugs. The debut offers hundreds of tailor-made floorcoverings, including the undulating ReForm A New Wave, the crackled Giant Marble and the quilt-like Patchwork. The collection also features designs by famed British designer Tom Dixon and Danish textile and color designer Margrethe Odgaard.
McKinnon and Harris introduced two dreamy outdoor designs into its beloved Thirza series. Named after the Italian word for “cave,” additions include the Grotta sofa—an aluminum-framed number bedecked in hand-sculpted finials and spindles—and a coordinating club chair with a pair of plump, knife-edge side cushions for added comfort and sophistication.
Framebridge tapped Josh Young for its first-ever designer collaboration. Crafted to complement the Washington, D.C., artist and interior tastemaker’s mixed media works, the collection offers eight hand-leafed antique-inspired frame styles, such as the speckled, pewter-toned Castello, the bamboo-esque Sempione and the espresso-stained Via Torino.
Ruggable rolled out an insanely sleek collaboration with Goop. The Gwyneth Paltrow–designed collection is comprised of eight machine-washable rug designs outfitted in minimalist prints and earthy hues, including the Spanish Revival–style Lucia; the dhurrie-esque Shaila; and our personal fave, Luna, a soft teal beauty sprinkled with micropatterned diamonds.
