Themed “Help is Here,” the event proceeds will provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. Funds also continually given back globally through the purchase equipment, the creation of infrastructure and the training of highly skilled response volunteers; allowing the Red Cross to provide assistance whenever and wherever help is in need.
"Involving the country’s premier designers with the showcase tabletop will extend the reach of Greenwich Red Cross into an important industry which will help fund its vital relief programs,” said Marianne Howatson, CEO of Connecticut Cottages & Gardens magazine, the media sponsor of the event.
