The Design Leadership Summit, which will run November 28 to 30 in Miami, has announced its most up-to-date lineup of speakers and programming. The event will precede the DesignMiami and Art Basel fairs. As DLN’s Peter Sallick explained in a recent newsletter, “We deliberately chose to host our program ahead of the fairs to take advantage of the heightened energy and exclusivity of the opening days, and to provide flexibility to our group to follow the DLS with as much time in Miami (and Cuba) as possible.”

Among the newly announced highlights are a “Design Masters” presentation and conversation with Raphael de Cárdenas, Chad Oppenheim, Pamela Babey and Veere Grenney; an art market primer from art advisor–journalist Josh Baer and collector-author Adam Lindemann; a design firm talent assessment with CultureIQ founder and CEO Greg Besner; and a keynote by pioneer Ian Schrager. Additional programming includes a discussion with Miami Design District creator Craig Robins; a welcome from Miami Beach mayor Philip Levine; and a preview of virtual-reality technology with Microsoft’s Sean Alexander.

The event will be held at the Eden Roc hotel in Miami Beach.
