Next month at High Point Market, Thomasville will debut a 50-piece collection of bedroom, dining and occasional furniture with relaxed resort, modern cottage, and nautical elements. The collection, which was designed by Anthony Baratta and inspired by his work for his clients, includes casual camelback, curved-front crescent and loose-cushion shelter-framed sofas, and chairs with rounded backs and exaggerated wings, and tailoring with decorative tapes, button-tufting and nailhead trims.

“The opportunity to work with such a distinguished and well-known brand came at the perfect time in my career,” Baratta says. “My mission has always been to design pieces for each client that fits their personal style. This collection will make my signature looks available to consumers that I may not have the opportunity to work with as individuals.”

“Anthony Baratta’s design aesthetic brings a fresh perspective to Thomasville. The new collection combines modern styling and timeless silhouettes which provides our dealers a unique and inspired product offering,” says Pierre de Villeméjane, president and chief executive officer of Heritage Home Group, parent company of Thomasville. “This is an exciting time in the history of the Thomasville brand. Tony’s colorful and livable designs are certain to resonate with millennial consumers and brand loyalists alike.”

The collection will debut at this spring’s High Point Market, which runs April 16 to 20.
