On Thursday, November 9, the design industry gathered to celebrate the opening of Kasthall’s flagship store at 29 Howard Street in SoHo. More than 130 guests were there to fete the company—mixing, mingling and sipping cocktails crafted with Mortlach whiskey while exploring the showroom and rugs on display.
On hand to celebrate were Bradford Shellhammer, Nao Tamura, Hlynur Atlason, Dan Rubinstein of The Grand Tourist podcast, William Hanley of Dwell, Tiffany Jow of Untapped Journal and journalists Catherine Hong and Dan Howarth.
“We are thrilled to open our doors to celebrate the debut of Kasthall’s flagship store with the local design community here in New York,” said David McNamara, sales director North America. “Opening in SoHo provides a platform to demonstrate our custom capabilities and present the elegance and creativity that define Kasthall. Equally exciting is that the space will serve as a hub for interaction with our long-standing residential A&D customers, contract clients and dealer partners, showcasing the full spectrum of possibilities when collaborating with Kasthall.”
